I built a high-performing Media & Innovations Team, guiding major airlines through innovation & content strategy workshops and developing impactful digital products.

Joined Discover Airlines at the project's conception, diving straight into design and innovation sprints to craft a brand new airline product and passenger experience. From launch to ongoing optimization, I helped develop and refine their digital products (website, inflight entertainment, self-services) for a seamless customer journey.

In cooperation with touch I facilitated 1-2 days co-creation workshops with design thinking principals to create innovation strategies and IFEC content strategies.

Streamlined Lufthansa Group's experience design process for better passenger experiences. Digitalised the customer journey, connected it to their NPS results and made it available through a tableau dashboard.

Co-founded Wooha.care, an innovative AI tool in veterinary medicine that leveraged my product management and brand marketing expertise to assess pet symptoms and connect owners with the right resources.

Led airberlin's digital relaunch, spearheading a complete overhaul of their website, booking flow, and newsletter. Through data-driven optimization using over 15 A/B tests, we achieved significant improvements, including an impressive 8% macro conversion rate increase.

Transformed a South African children's charity with a total brand relaunch - new name, website, and identity.

Created the digital platform and marketplace for the Germany's biggest entrepreneurship and innovation community.

Transformed Berlin & Cape Town apartments for the modern traveler: Renovated short-term rentals cater to digital nomads and urban adventurers, prioritizing comfort and a unique space. (Superhost & 50+

At the 5th Design Thinking Summit, I presented on the application of Design Thinking Principles at Lufthansa Group to create a new airline. In 2022, I became the chairman of the 6th Design Thinking Summit, where I moderated and facilitated the event in Berlin.
